PRINCE Adebayo of Iresa - BA Hons.
- Founder & Director  - United Kingdom OFFICE

A United Kingdom university graduate at Nottingham Trent University, Prince Adebayo started his first ever business whilst in his final year of university in 2010 and has since then expanded his business portfolio, some of which are:
  • Retail (fashion brands) business
  • Properties and Leisure
Though born in Lagos state, Prince Adebayo is a royal descendant of Aresa of Iresa-Adu in Oyo state, an ancient crown heritage with origin in Ile-Ife.  Admittedly, Prince Adebayo did not like it when his parent would insist and take him along to their various construction sites (family owned properties) rather than allowing him play around like most of his childhood friend - now blessings in disguise.  In his own words, "I did not stumble into the property business, I was born into it.  Personal development and experiences are qualities that cannot be acquired within the walls of a  university.  Knowledge of the industry and great networking are key" - Prince Adebayo of Iresa

A natural leader with comprehensive business and leadership experience. A University of Lagos Msc graduate.  Engr. J. Olatoye make things that seem impossible possible using his immense business, social, well established political and royal network.  He leads the way on all property acquisitions in Nigeria by Fatherland making sure due processes are followed.  Engr. J. Olatoye takes pride in helping others, making it a perfect match for Fatherland business model! 

Olajide Akindele - Msc 
- Business Consultant - United Kingdom OFFICE

United Kingdom postgraduate in Business at De Monforte University.  Olajide grew up in Ogun and Lagos states and served in Kano state therefore understands the dynamics of Nigeria.  Olajide has been at the forefront of the development and growth of Fatherland.  Olajide takes pride in the concept of "credibility".  

Clara J. - Bsc.
- Office manager - United Kingdom OFFICE

Clara joined us in 2017 just after graduating from University of Lincoln and has since been a valued member of our team.  Clara oversees all aspects of administrative operations in the United Kingdom, providing much needed support for senior management. 

Freda Osayomon 
- Administrative Assistance - Nigeria OFFICE

One of many of our field staff in Nigeria.  Freda joined Fatherland in June 2019 and she is fast becoming a very popular member of our team due to her relentless efforts in helping others.
